Use this self-massage tool to apply targeted, sustained pressure to help relieve tension and soreness in the neck, shoulders, chest, arms, hands, back, hips, glutes, feet and more. Use while lying down, sitting or standing and simply relax into the comfortable pointed top, allowing your body weight to apply the pressure.
The suction base adheres to some hard surfaces and allows the tool to tilt, allowing you to find the preferred angle for working out tightness in hard-to-reach areas. Can also be used as a hand-held tool.

How to Use
- PRO-POINT can be used in prone, supine, seated or standing positions
- Place the PRO-POINT on a flat surface (or against a wall)
- Sit, lie or stand so the body part to be treated is resting on the pointed top of the tool; use the point to locate a trigger point (or area of discomfort)
- Relax into the PRO-POINT, allowing your body weight to apply the pressure
- Gently rock over the area of tension/discomfort
- Continue applying pressure until you feel a release
