OPTP guarantees products for 30 days; all product returns must be handled within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a defective or incomplete order, contact OPTP Customer Service immediately. Damaged shipments should be reported within 5 days of receipt—please keep the box if you receive a damaged item. Returned items must be returned in excellent and/or unused condition for full product credit. OPTP does not refund/credit shipping and handling fees (with the exception of shipping errors). For all other instances, customer will pay for return shipping.
